We’re seeking a passionate Game Level Designer with 5 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will conceptualize, prototype, and build levels that deliver compelling gameplay experiences, balanced challenges, and seamless narrative flow.

- Key Responsibilities

Level Concept & Prototyping

Develop level concepts, layouts, and flowcharts based on game mechanics and narrative requirements.

Build playable prototypes (“greybox” stages) to iterate on pacing, difficulty, and player guidance.

Implement levels using our in-house/third-party engine (Unity).

- Documentation & Communication

Produce clear level design documents, diagrams, and playtest notes.

Present level concepts and iteration updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional level design experience on shipped titles.

- Technical Skills

Proficient with a game engine (Unity), including level editors and scripting/blueprint tools.

Strong grasp of game mechanics, pacing, and level flow principles.

Familiarity with basic scripting or visual scripting for gameplay events.

- Collaboration & Communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to write clear, concise design documents and present to multidisciplinary teams.

- Problem-Solving

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills; able to diagnose design issues and propose effective solutions.

Comfortable working within technical and scheduling constraints.

- Education

Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
